I'm a realtor with Keller Williams here in Columbia and I will only use Preferred Home Inspections for my buyers. Levi in particular is amazing!!! He's punctual, great at what he does and keeps my buyers informed of all necessary repairs. Even throughout the closing process Levi stays in contact with my buyers and offers suggestions to give them a better peace of mind. I had a third-party company tell me the HVAC in a mobile home I purchased was completely ruined and would cost me over $6,000 to replace the ductwork. Chad, who had inspected the home not a week ago, came right over to make things right. He re-inspected the HVAC at no cost to me and took professional pictures of the HVAC ductwork. He showed me and walked me through all the minor issues that were normal to an HVAC system installed under a mobile home. He took his time to put me at ease and that's worth its weight in gold.
